service landscaping company, proudly serving the Western Chicago-land
suburbs. Award Winning Landscapes shares over 29 years of experience in all
facets of the landscape industry. We bring passion, enthusiasm, and pride of
workmanship to each and every job, continually setting the highest standards
in landscape construction, maintenance, and design. Our services include:
design, installation, construction, maintenance, snow removal, and holiday
lighting for both residential and commercial properties.

Our Process:
When working with homeowners, we focus on enhancing the home’s natural beauty and appeal while integrating the client’s individual desires. Our design teams work one-on-one with our clients to ensure things are done right and just the way you want the first time around.
The first consultation is free of charge and planned around your schedule. This appointment gives us a chance to get to know each other and to better understand your needs. At this time we perform a Landscape Property Analysis using photography, Plat of Survey, site measurements and microclimate analysis before we begin our Landscape plan. Finally, we will discuss the custom landscape design options appropriate for your home with you.
After we have all the pertinent information, it’s “back to the drawing table” whereby one of our licensed landscape architects will create a detailed, hand-crafted landscape plan custom to your property.
Once your plan is complete, we’ll have our second meeting to present our concept. At this time a proposal for your work will be presented. Upon acceptance of the proposal, payment and terms are arranged; usually a one third deposit is required. Your deposit reserves your job spot in our schedule for your job.
Installation is done in a timely fashion to be completed as soon as possible.
Once the project is complete, the remaining balance is due in full and our WARRANTY goes into effect.
Warranty
Our warranty is:
All brick paving, block retaining, and natural stone has a lifetime warranty
against defects in workmanship. All shrubs, trees and evergreens are guaranteed to
be true to name. Any shrubs, trees, or evergreens which fail to survive for a
period of 12 months after the date of planting will be replaced at no charge to
the purchaser on a one time basis provided the plants have received reasonable
care by purchaser. Guarantee is not transferable.
